The Entertainment Cruise Director and his staff were excellent but most of the other crew I could only rate as average. The balcony BA cabin was adequate for a 14 days cruise but the balcony was small. The ship itself is great but there are a number of things that let it down. Namely no central staircase which means even to go one floor you have to take elevator. The shops have a small array of goods but not very aspiring the usual "outlet sale" was full of the usual unsold old stock. The service in Symphony Anytime dining can vary between excruciatingly slow to brilliantly quick. The library is a joke for this size ship. On the plus side is that the Regal Princess is very stable in poor weather and our transatlantic cruise was smooth despite Hurricane Ian being in the vicinity. Word of warning to all who go to Copenhagen Airport - at your peril as they find it easier to lose luggage than deliver it at a reasonable time to the correct Carousel. Nevertheless for what WE paid we felt it was good value for money.
