I must state at the out start, that although I say we cruised for 14 nights, we did a back to back cruise of 7 nights each. We are fairly experienced cruisers, being Diamond Plus members, so have some insight as to the cruising life. Not all our cruises have been with RCCL, but in recent years, we have stayed with the company.

We booked & stayed in a JS on deck 8, which was quite spacious, but of course not nearly as large as the bigger class of ships. . The bed was as usual, uber comfortable. The bath towels, fluffy & soft. Our SRA, Pankrash, kept the room tidy, although we didn't normally leave much of a mess. We told him that we were early risers & true to form, he always cleaned our room first. The one thing in which he shone....towel animals, his gorilla & baby ensemble, was outstanding, so much so, we asked him to keep on display the entire cruise ! The housekeeping supervisors were lovely people to converse with & they took great pride in their work & staff.

Embarkation was swift & smooth, especially the second week ! Venice itself is very busy, especially around the Rialto Bridge & San Marco.
