This was a test. As Norwegian platinum members we heard of better cuisine offered on RC. RC failed on most aspects. The second we boarded the six greeters were busy talking and ignored our arrivial. I had to interupt one just to find out if lunch was being served. Breakfast and lunch was never available in the dining room but rather in the cattle car deck 10 buffet. The only dining room service available was dinner. Their website told of excursions to be offered and my wife planned the 3 reef snorkel. On day one the excursion desk said it would not be offered at all. The day before arriving at Cozomel I again went to the excursion desk to check on what was available and was told by a different person that if they had known we wanted the 3 reef snorkel it could have been arranged through the RC ship docked along side us on the same time and day. So many aspects were inferior is was unbelievable. The 9 pm piano bar entertainment was an amplified electric guitar. The afternoon snack beverage machines were cut off 15 minutes before closing time leaving only water as my only choice. Smoking was only to be on one side of deck six yet smokers were continually found throughout deck six. Speaking of deck six, only 14 deck chairs to a side, really. BOTTOM LINE: RC, NEVER AGAIN !!. Oh yes, I forgot, found a quiet little place for an evening viewing of the ocean, the club under the fitness area has a open deck. It was very nice until the bar employee locked us out there, closed up shop lights off and walked away.

The shower curtain would not even fit in the shower.
