Cabin: Owner's Suite

Probably one of our least favorite cruises. A real disappointment. Cabin attendant had no eye for detail. For example, missing or the wrong daily planners. Came back to our cabin to find another guest standing in our foyer area with the floor supervisor standing there too. It seems that the guest wanted to see an Owner's Suite. Creepy having them show our cabin while we were staying in it. Internet was expensive and very slow or non existent. Main dinning room food was the worse we've ever had in our 41 cruises. Specialty dining was okay. Entertainment was marginally enjoyable. For the most part rather boring. Casino was horrible, cigarette smoke was just too much. You could actually smell the smoke in the Tavern and Schooner lounges as well. Shops were disappointing. Customer service was forced, always felt like we were imposing and not much eye contact when you were talking to them. We never plan to sail this ship again.
