We chosse this cruise because we wanted to see a lot of Iceland. We met 2 fellow Cruisers on the Cruise Critic Roll Call, and we arranged two private tours together for the two days preceding the cruise. Embarkation and Disembarkation iwent smoothly because we were only about 250 passengers. The cabin was comfortable. The crew was great. I was greeted with hugs by Liani and Kristen who were crew members on the Star Pride and remembered us from our previous cruise last year.

The food was consistently good. The night of the barbecue dinner was very cold and and windy, so we were dining wrapped in blankets.

If you want to see Iceland, this is a great way to do it, The country is beautiful and the Icelanders are wonderful. The shore excursions were all very good.
