We chose silver seas because it was smaller and we believed that we would be able to get to locations that bigger ships could not.

The trip began badly with jewelry hawker lecturing us on the train about not asking stupid questions and not asking our butler to get us dinner reservations (though it lists that as one of the butler's tasks in our brochure). truly, i felt like a child being disciplined. and i was angry.

However, after that, the experience was good. The cabins are luxurious, the service excellent. i especially liked the entertainment, including the voices and the quartet. I really looked forward to their shows and was impressed with their talent and their ability to perform various shows. I attended lectures and the chefs presentation and enjoyed it all.

Cabin V4

Very comfortable. The bathroom was very efficient and elegant at the same time.
