I'll try not to repeat information already posted. We were on Sept 8 New England 9 day trip.

After finding the terminal??? embarkation was great. Having agents outside with laptops was efficient. Speaking of laptops the passenger experience is conducted on I-phones. Shore excursions are booked on a I-phones, benefits are embedded on you sea pass card, Electronic stations are everywhere to scan your sea pass for reservations, experiences etc. It is designed for todays millennial generation. Missing are people to help you.

The ship appeared understaffed. There is only one room attendant. Gone is his/her assistant. The assistant waiter is there but not as evolved as before. There is one bartender not two or three.
