Swan Hellenic appeal to a niche market of rich and retired people and whilst the restaurant and ship crew were very polite and helpful, the Swan Hellenic staff were often rude and condescending.

The ship is small with a tiny pool and gym with just 5 exercise machines. There was a public laundry which is an unusual and welcome extra and a great library but otherwise facilities were very limited.

Some of the included speakers were interesting, one was very poor and had little knowledge of the subject and made factual errors. The entertainment was a mixed bag and of limited appeal.
