We previously sailed on Norwegian gem and had a wonderful time, couldn't wait to go again. Breakaway was horrible. Cabin with balcony small with poor layout. Carpet old and dirty. Vacuums must not exist on this ship. Comforter stained, hair on pillows, balcony sandy and muddy. Only one complementary show until the end. Not much to do if you don't gamble. Boring ship and food ok. Drinks good. Couldn't wait to get home after a few days. Pool area way too small and much much too crowde. Will never go back on Norwegian .No towel animals or extra touches by housekeeping. Toilet stopped working so had to go down the hall to use public restroom one night. One friendly manager in garden cafe and one friendly manager in osheehans bar and grill. Otherwise no friendly faces on board. I would not recommend this ship to anyone. We waited a long time for this vacation and wasted our money and time
