The worst ship we have ever been on. Not customer focused, food in mdr was awful, service was poor, Lido dining was always a mess, not enough seating, long lines. They refunded the bubbles program which was extremely disappointing as my husband is a diabetic and has few options. The ship pathways are crooked and uneven, I fell more than once. The laundry room was filthy every time I went in there. In some ports we had to go through security twice, once on land and again on the boat. Very slow and long lines to get back on the ship, especially at Naples. Paid for an excursion in Rome and the guide spoke poor English. They forgot about the cruise critic meet and greet so there were no drinks and no apps. They finally came and said we could have one drink but kicked us out of the room because it was needed for someone else. I felt like we were no more than a number. Not customer service friendly at all.
Havana cabins below stick out to where you can't really look down at the water which is one of the reasons we get a balcony room. You can look out but not down. I really didn't enjoy looking down on someone else's balcony and I'm sure they didn't like it either.
Enjoyable experience on our own, some great buildings and statues and the food is wonderful.
