During the above voyage there were a number of issues which not only upset us but make us unsure whether we would continue to book with Princess.

1. Frequent Guest Reception - In past this has been a cocktail reception attended by the Captain. This function always made us feel special, and was always well done. On the above cruise this was reduced to a half hour infomercial in the theater, followed up with a drink ticket. Do you really want to cheap out on your mainstream market target, returning guests, and make sure we won't return?

2. The "Unlimited Drink Special" - This was purely a scam, when the young lady sold us this package, it was simply unlimited drinks (at less than 10.00), I asked her what the catch was and she told us no catch. Almost as soon as we began to use this the rules came out, no room service, one drink at a time(We asked for an extra drink to take to our room, and were scolded in front of several other guests at the Mermaid bar, and told if we wanted a second drink we had to pay for it, the scolding was quite embarrassing) There were other conditions which should have been explained at the time of sale.
