We were very excited to go on our family cruise (4 generations) and booked with carnival victory out of port canaveral, our experience at the port of embarkation was poor, because their computer system was down and this situation delayed evertyhing, then when we get to the ship it is OLD , there are places where stinks, our rooms were supposed to be connected but I had to call 3 times for them to do so. VERY OUTDATED ROOMS,

At 3 am the AC stopped working, we called for help (with a minor on the room) and they took about an hour to show, the guy pulls a little machine to measure the temp inside the room and said that his boss will check it and he was coming back. NEVER CAME BACK!!!!.

after that the ac started again but was very low. I only saw the steward once and told him to please bring new towels, he never did.
