My husband and I have been on 14 cruises, this is our 3rd on NCL. Even though the price of this cruise was fair, we are very disappointed. The embarkation was long, but not as long as the disembarkation. Our Ultimate Beverage Package, for the first time, was charged Florida's tax while we were in port, we were told it'll come off once we sailed,but that didn't happen. The wine list was limited, big time and getting a martini was a joke, which wasn't included in our package. Our state room/balcony were both very tight, The design of this ship wasn't traffic friendly, when the theater show ended the traffic came right through O'Sheehan's tables, which was located above the Atrium, which made these areas very loud. The theater was only on one floor.

They nickel & dined everything and charge on room service. The casino location filled the air with smoke while walking to most restaurants. We recommend Cagney's & Teppanyaki, excellent service and food. We didn't care for the service and choices in La Bistro or La Cucina. We didn't like the idea of reserving a spot for the shows, which they held for a very short time.

The pool area was way too small for the amount of people on board and the service on board was terrible. We have been on these island many time so we didn't book any excursions. The new CEO has some rethinking to do on what the definition of free style cruising means especially for veterans cruises like us. We cruised with another couple and they feel the same way. We will not sail on this ship again.
