Fantastic cruise. Cabin was great, verandah cabin on deck 7. Cabin stewards were excellent. (Dan & Cham) Always asking if we needed anything. Food was brilliant. Ports were fantastic after the changes were made to exclude Turkey & Lesvos. We took 2 ship excursions & they were pretty good although pretty expensive. (Athens & Santorini)

Embarkation was slow. It took us almost 2 hours to get on board from the time we got to the port. haven't been with HAL before but with RCCL, it only ever takes 30 minutes at most !!

We had My Time Dining & that's where our main hiccup began. When we checked in (there were 4 of us) we noticed they had us on early sitting on our cruise cards so we went straight to the Customer Services & told them there had been a mistake. (We showed her our documents with "Any Time Dining" on them) The girl there said she had fixed it so we went to book a table for dinner that night & they said, No, you are on early dining. So, back to Customer relations & we tried again. Long story, anyway, we got the runaround for a week - not allowed to book , can't go to Level 2 Restaurant (The guy on the door of the Restaurant, Andrian, obviously didn't like us much. He gave us a hard time EVERY time we came to the Restaurant. He made us wait one night for 30 minutes when we could see several empty tables for 4 inside & once we eventually got in, no one came to sit on those tables. FINALLY, when we were once again shunted off to Level 3, set sitting dining room, I got hold of a very nice young supervisor, Giuwa, who fixed the problem once & for all. He said it may have been a computer glitch but we didn't have the problem again. Why the first girl at Customer relations couldn't do that, I will never know ???? Read more
