Got a deal on this cruise so I took it. We usually cruise out of Jacksonville. Will say for the price you can not beat it. The food was good, casino hosts and waitstaff were good most nights but.....this ship is ghastly pink with pearls and it is awful. (i love pink and i love pearls) Now that I am done with that....The indian tandoori on splendor is fabulous. Best free restaurant on the ship. Burgers on the padlock were dry, mogolian wok was good. Lido buffet not so good. Booked on the conquest and so disppointed they don't have Tandoori.

Loved the trivia although didn't get e ship on a stick will have to try next time. I Like the itinerary the splendor has, in fact one of the better itineraries I have been on. Above all, a cruise is what you make of it. Gladly would go on splendor again once the decor is up to date. for those of you wondering why this would be a big deal just trust me, i read the same thing before i went a though well how bad could it be....Doesnt bother you the 1st or 2nd day, after that it gets nutty. Also no huge atrium on this ship. There was a small atrium but given how big the ship was the entire set-up of the ship is very strange compared to other ships. The staff was superb by the way!
