This was our first voyage on the Breakaway after doing the same cruise on the Dawn. For us, we preferred the Dawn.
Overall and very good experience that I would certainly recommend. Rather than mention the many positives, I'll mention a couple negatives that I believe could apply to many perspective cruisers and have been mentioned in other reviews as well.
1 Seats in the theater were the low point of the cruise and , for me, were nearly unbearable. This have to be an actual manufacturing error. Impossible to actually, ON PURPOSE build a seat this uncomfortable.
Cabin Review
The room was quite acceptable with no real complaint. Was showing the beginning of wear and tear. Clean and our steward did a great job!
I will make this semi important recommendation...Balconies on deck 9 CAN be just above the life boats. You really don't want this as part of you ocean view will be the roof over the lifeboats. Get you balcony room deck 10 and above.
