We chose this cruise because the timing worked well for us. Bermuda was an ideal getaway for us and the Celebrity Summit was given good marks by others. We were disappointed with the Spa which we felt was no better than the one we have at home, but costs four times as much.

The ship was well taken care of and the deck 3 outside window cabin was really nice.

The food was OK, but the portions were outrageously small and recipes always someones famous concoction from a so called reputable television cooking show. Sometimes you just want a plain old steak that is nice and thick and a baked potato. I guess Celebrity cruise lines just wants us to pay extra for what used to be available in the main dinning room. Also, even though there is an assigned dinner time, everyone was showing up to the assigned table whenever they pleased. So much for meeting others, but I get it that not all people are into that. The buffet was good, but everyone was running around. Kids without supervision reaching for utensils. Finding a place to sit was a chore.
