I chose this cruise because of the wonderful itinerary around the islands in the Aegean.

Embarkation was very well organised at Athens . Disembarkation early on the final day gave one the opportunity to explore Athens itself which was delightful. Aegean Odyssey is a very beautiful comparatively small and intimate ship which is exceptionally well maintained,The library is a splendid room as are all the public rooms . The Charleston lounge and bar is bright filled with natural light and very comfortable seating. My cabin on the foreword Bridge Deck was extremely comfortable with a double bed ,fridge ,adequate wardrobe space walk in shower .

The Marco Polo Restaurant provides an amazing lunch and dinner menu. The Dining experience is one of fine dining every evening with impeccable service .The on board muscians were of a very high standard both the trio, double bass, piano ,and violin very versatile .Equally the piano/vocalist was of an exceptionally high standard in the style but not exclusively of Tina May,Clair Teal ,Jaquie Dankworth.
