Mini Suite great space, balcony could have been a little larger. Room steward was terrific. Spa services overpriced and staff was not really accommodating to our request of times. Photography staff gave 2 different answers - overpriced, we threw out at least 100 pics. Stop printing all and maybe price could be lowered! Overall dining was terrific until last night when no one came to take drink order for 20 minutes and that was after I got up and went to get someone - it was a birthday celebration and i was disappointed - as well as a supplement charge for either filet mignon or lobster in the complimentary dining rooms? Excursion for Aquarium/Caves not advertised very well - states 3 1/2 hours but doesn't tell you 2 hours are on a bus to and from, Only half hour at caves or aquarium - which was NOT enough time. Saving of chairs on pool deck should not be allowed.

Very clean and large sized room, however shower jets constantly dripping. Balcony little small.
