This service is the first and foremost thing I remember from our 14 day cruise through the Panama Canal. The crew provided much better service than I have experienced at almost any Disney resort. I did not receive one bit of dissatisfactory service. Everyone was polite, friendly, professional, engaging, dutiful and thorough.

I'll start with the positives:

The food was much better than I expected. In my experience, Disney food is usually awful. The quick service & buffet was better than most places.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah

Cabin 04A

The cabin wasn't very spacious but there was ample storage. All of our clothing fit in the closet and drawers and all of our luggage easily slid under the bed. I liked that the shower and toilet were in two separate rooms. The cabin was better than expected.

Port Reviews

Cabo San Lucas

We thoroughly enjoyed our dolphin excursion. Our group was aged 7-50 and everyone loved it!

Puerto Vallarta

I love Puerto Vallarta. I highly recommend a visit to the Mallecon but my favorite beach is in Bucerias. If you want an easy day at the beach, take a bus or taxi to Bucerias. Dine at Karen's Place and you'll be allowed to use their beach loungers, towels & showers.

Cartagena (Colombia)

I felt a bit harassed by the local street peddlers. They were very aggressive. We were also swindled by a cabbie, who said our ride would be $60. They then delayed our journey by taking a long lunch, insisting on coffee after lunch, etc... Why? Because the $60 was for 4 hours. Each additional hour was apparently $40 per hour. That was not disclosed in advance. Ohh and we were left with the lunch tab.

Cozumel

The arrival port was awful. It took nearly an hour to get from the dockside to the street. We took a cab to Carlos And Charlies where the beach was superb. We lunched at Margaritaville, where the wait staff held our credit cards for nearly 30 minute which was kinda sketchy.
