Sail Date: Aug 2016
Cabin: Grand Suite

We had to make a last minute change from another cruise line to this one due to medical issues and had never sailed with Royal Caribbean before- the day we got on the ship we were bombarded with requests to purchase specialty dining options, drink packages, spa package, etc- I felt like we were on the streets of Mexico with all the people asking us to get things- horrible first impression!

Entertainment was average- very disappointing compared to other cruise lines we've been on ( Princess and NCL)

Steward and Concierge service was excellent
