Our overall experience was poor!

I had cruise before in Royal and other cruise lines. I must say, this was the poorest I have experienced in food quality and some of the customer service experience as well. More activities are need it during daylight hours around the pool to keep the passengers entertain specially when you are sailing the whole day.

The food was not what you expect from a cruise line such as Royal Caribbean, the buffet was mostly tasteless, the meats were dry and some burned, the breakfast was scramble eggs or you had to wait forever to get an omelette or fried eggs from a single person.

Cabin Review

Cabin Ocean view

Our room took at least four hours to be made and one time took 6 hours, the bathroom was not cleaned properly and we only got 3 towel animals. We never got the do not disturb card to put on the door. Twice the attendant got in the room when we were inside.
