Crystal did an outstanding job on preparing and organizing this voyage - the largest ship to go through the NW Passage. The expedition leaders were wonderful and made this "first" a very special experience to remember. They made a special effort to connect with the Innuit and we found the people friendly and engaging. I'm sure they learned a lot from this voyage but there's not a lot of room for improvement.
One comment I have to make is that Crystal is not superior to other cruise lines in its class as it claims; like Oceania or Silversea.
But their entertainment is outstanding. They have become quite casual - no baseball caps but cowboy hats seem to be OK. Food and service what you'd expect. Suites are a bit small for the price. Too many incapacitated passengers.
