From the minute we arrived on the ship we were greeted with welcoming smiles. From the start "Mr Loretto" greeted us and made us aware that if we needed anything to just ask. The ship was spotless and well taken care of from the bottom to the top. The ship staff was tireless in their efforts to make us happy during every moment of our stay. I am an ER nurse and I am very use to emergencies and customer service. I commend the staff in carrying out the Royal Caribbean attention to detail and customer care. I want to bring about the endless care we received from the Head waiter "Desmond", and his staff "Kumar" and "Arthur" for going above and beyond and serving us not only our daily meal but also special cooked items that we requested. At one point we requested Filipino as well as Indian food. We were graciously offered these dishes the following days. Truly going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. "Elvis Pinto" was so entertaining, he truly kept us entertained through out our cruise. Our room was amazingly clean and that was due to the endless work of "Anacleto Villocillo". Celebrating both an anniversary and a birthday in CHOPS was made perfect by our server "Mario Atienza" going above and beyond to make our celebration great. I wish I could remember everyone's name but the smiles that greeted you every morning by the staff was wonderful. Truly size does not matter and the crew of the Empress of the Seas can be proud that they are best of the best.
