Embarkation was a snap especially with the special suite/villa line.(there was no line)We met our butler(Antonio) immediately and he was really special. We had full breakfasts in our suite every morning except one plus regular PM snacks, chocolate covered strawberries, fresh fruits etc. etc.Our concierge was very helpful, got every dinner reservation we wanted, first off and when we desired first on the ship. The suite was perfect for us and would be for any family of 3 or 4.  The was a master bedroom with queen bed and TV, plus another bedroom with its own full bathroom. Our 19 year old had great privacy and loved it. It would also suit 2, maybe 3 children. In addition there was a living room with large TV plus an eating area and a great bathroom complex featuring full tub and a separate shower with 12 different sources of water.(felt great). The balcony was large with 2 chairs plus a chaise. The private villa area was larger and more useful than I thought it would be. The pool while small, was an endless pool where you could swim against a current and have a real workout. The roof is retractable and there is a private lounge area one floor above where you never have to reserve a chaise.  There is also a small workout ares with a treadmill and a 10 person hot tub. We really were spoiled.Mostly ate in specialty restaurants, Cagney's is worth the money as is the Teppanaki. The others less so. The main dining areas made me feel claustrophobic with so-so food and service. Now for the not so nice part.  At our last port (freeport) my wife went shopping by herself since I was too lazy to get off the ship for the 4 hour port call at 8 AM.  My daughter and I had a comfortable breakfast in cabin.  My wife made several small purchases at Columbian Emeralds in Freeport including a ring for me.  She purchased it with the understanding that if I didn't like it she would be able to return it to the Columbian Emerald store on the ship because there were only 4 hours in port and she couldn't get back to the store.  They would not honor the agreement and refused to let us return it.  I have postphoned writing this review hoping their position would change and that they would honor their promise. Sad to say we are still fighting with them(long distance).  If you shop there know that the store on the ship nor the "shopping assistant" on the ship will help you.  It was and is our only disappointment on a wonderful  cruise experience.
