I picked the Carnival Ecstacy cruise ship due the location of the departure being in Charleston SC and the price of just over $400 per person wasn't hard a difficult choice to make.

The check in process wasn't to bad compared to the other cruises I've been on they do a good job keeping the line moving with a rolling checkin.

My room was a small cabin sleeps 4 on level 5 Main deck. The cabin was typical small budget cruise room style nothing really worth mentioning just a place to sleep and wash up. Our room had an awful smell like rotten eggs and the tv had poor video quality mostly static and snow mixed with the what ever was playing. Otherwise it's what you'd expect from Carnival.
