First time cruising on the "Empress of the Sea".

Except for the very small cabins, we had a wonderful cruise. The staff was exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful, one of our friend cruising with us, had a walker, and the staff went out of their way to help him wherever and whenever they could. We had some problems at the beginning of the cruise, but Guest Services were able to take care of it and did not spoil our vacation. Entertainment was everywhere. The inside cabins or exterior cabins are very small. Our inside cabin was extremely small and except for a small space from the wall , we had a wall to wall queen size bed (the bed was very comfortable). The casino was small, quiet and not appealing ; the food was pleasing, not too much variety, but tasty. Getting on and off the ship was extremely fast, due to the size of the ship. The bargain price was what enticed us to cruise on The Empress of the Sea, we are glad and will cruise again.
