I cruise for the ship not the ports. This time I was lucky and went to St. Kitts, a port I have never visited before. As for the Allure, it didn't disappoint. Been on the Oasis 3 times before so I knew we would like the Allure also. I do seem to like the Oasis more than the Allure. This may be because I sailed The Oasis first. But the show Momma Mia on the Allure was way better than Cats on the Oasis. But this was just personal opinion.

Our cabin was perfect for the two of us. We had plenty of storage for our clothes and personal belongings. Our room attendant keep everything ship shape. We had a boardwalk state room and as long as the doors were kept shut, we didn't hear anything from the boardwalk.

As for food, it was any better or worse than any other cruise line. We did eat in Chops which is a specialty restaurant. I think Chops on Oasis is a little better. And I am sorry to say the steak house on Carnival is still the best.
