The Vista was a new ship. Good foo and the staff was OK since they were all new. The last night in a two day port stay in Athens was not very good. The Ship had let half the staff go ashore the night before and were under staff the last day on the ship and very little was scheduled for the last night. By 11:30 pm the place was like a ghost town

The port call for Florance was on a Monday - a day the museums close in Florence so I spent the day on the ship. There was enough to do on the ship.

Used make your own dinning reservation. Had no choice, was on a wait list for "Late Dinning" but that did not happen.

Port Reviews

Florence (Livorno)

Museums where on Monday in Florence, So I stayed on the ship.

Crete (Heraklion)

Wonderful port. The town is outside the port. An easy walk. Nice port with lots of shops. Some were even really good.

Naples

I stayed on the Ship

Rhodes

Nice local town.

Athens (Piraeus)

Took the Hop On hop Off Bus. I bought my ticket online with the red line. My friend got a better price on the blue line so I had to buy both. Don't buy online if you are traveling with friends.

Barcelona

Stayed three day in Barcelona. Nice town. Rode the Hop on hop off bus. Was great.
