Every good review about the ship, crew and ports is true. The customer service is entirely another thing but I will get to that later.
The good. So much is wonderful. Viking does this part SO well. It's a grown up ship, no annoying photo opportunities that inflate the bill. No noisy casinos and no crowds and excessive crowds.
Where did they get so many excellent staff members? Happy staff equals happy passengers. Apart from a few minor things we loved everything else.

Cabin Penthouse veranda
Great size. Wonderful decor. Ultra clean. Liked the heated bathroom floor but could have been a little cooler. Would have liked to turn off air conditioning sometimes and had balcony door open. That is just a personal choice.
