Royal Caribbean came highly recommended by family members and friends. It was my birthday celebration and the staff made it very special. I am planning to celebrate my husband's birthday in March on one of Royal Caribbean's ships. It was pleasantly surprised to find so many activities aboard the ship. The value was great for the service we received. We were truly pampered on board. Embarkation and disembarkation was very smooth. Royal Caribbean has definitely found a "secret sauce" to keep customers happy and entertained. Top notch service and entertainment will keep me going on many more cruises with Royal. Next time, I would upgrade to a cabin with window. It was an amazing journey. The entertainment director was so funny. The Quest Game is the funniest show I have seen. My husband and I are ready for our next cruise on Royal. Albert made everyone feel special on the ship. He walks around asking clients about their experience.
