Nothing that was pre-arranged thru P&O was honoured except for the fridge for my medications, Many hidden costs that were not mentioned prior to me paying for the cruise approx 16 months before, including the $290 because I was lucky enough to catch Bronchitis the second day aboard the ship.

Boarding and disembarkation what a farce (VIP customer my backside) long delays thrown in with the rest of the passengers and trampled in the stampede to get on and of the ship. Restrictions made on where I could go because I am mobility impaired and could not get on tenders unassisted so only got to see 1/2 of the islands the ones where ship was dockside otherwise it was stiff chedar, ships lifts and fitments always breaking down,

My Cabin was not what I expected and arrangements for Cabin not honoured as arranged well before cruise commencement, the cabin also had broken fittings that were never repaired and as a single mobility impaired user ended up having a very painful and unpleasant cruise.

Cabin Review

Cabin Oceanview

Wasn't much of an Ocean view as Bed was placed in front of window and had deck running around the outside on deck six, once I managed to get on bed (which was difficult as I am mobility impaired) the view was also obstructed by deck railing and or deck chairs which had been placed under windows along with other passengers standing/sitting in front of windows or peering in to have a look at any given time, so curtains were closed most of the cruise. If it wasn't the fellow passengers creating a noise outside by cabin window or coming and going onto the deck threw the deck entrance doors which were also next to my cabin or it was the crew doing none stop maintenance especially during the day and starting from between 05:30 to 10:30 every day. Prior to the voyage arrangements had been made for a mini fridge which was made available but had no freezer, the shower in the bathroom I was assured by P&O as they measured it and advised it had only a small lip and I would be able to step over, but no it was a full sized bathtub with safety/Grab handles set up away from the shower head, so was unable to have a shower for the whole cruise. I ended up having to have a bird bath out of the sink until the pressure plug broke and was never repaired, The toilet in the bathroom was also extremely difficult to use because of how low it was to the floor and the angle it protruded from the bulkhead toward the bathtub as when seated my legs were hard up against the bathtub which caused great discomfort and pain, also broken and not repaired or even looked at by maintenance even though reported was a broken light fitting hanging down directly above Cabin entrance and a Cupboard door also next to Cabin entrance was broken.
