The bad points. we had to pick up case at airport. Rome airport and organisation was a nightmare! Embarkation was marred by not getting case until evening even though we were on boat early afternoon!. Entertainment was fairly poor! The main band were good but unless you ballroom dance there was not a lot to do. The pop band were good but once you had seen them the set was the same everyday. Disco played outdated music, the same music every night! The sound system in ball room sounded like music was played in a goldfish bowl.. Several staff were rude and had to make formal complaint!! Bar service very poor. We sat by pool and waited 3 hours for someone to come to offer a drink! In the end went to bar and then got a service charge! Outdated and stuffy! Some excursions good some not.
