MOST excellent ship and staff - most courteous service - ports of call were greatly described in detail. Service entering and exiting the ship each time was beyond welcoming. Loved the hand sanitizer, hot wash cloths and cookies and beverages waiting for us. Various entertainment options kept you busy on sailing days. Quiet staterooms were the best, the beds were soft and the views our my balcony was breathtaking. The service from the room stewards was very accommodating. Always get a balcony room if you can. It will be well worth the sacrifice. Room service always picked up the phone immediately. One meal was not brought for over an hour and it made me late for my spa appointment so they kept it, made me fresh meal upon my return and didn't charge me for the room/delivery fee. I am highly impressed with The Jewel and its staff and I think Norwegian will be MY line for cruising from now on! FIRST CLASS customer service all the way.

Cabin BB

Balcony cabin is the way to cruise - just enough space, accommodations in the room were sufficient and very nice! Bathroom could be a bit bigger but usable. Beds were soft and Clean and I slept like a baby each night.
