Everyone was exceptional at providing an environment of feeling pampered and safe aboard a beautiful ship amid beautiful waters. Loved it! The Empress of the Seas is truly the heart of the ocean! The ship and staff exceeded my expectations in all areas of our 4 night stay from onboarding to exiting the ship. Perhaps the only thing scary was the wonderment at whether I had died and went to heaven!

Bless all the staff as surely the angels in the heavens could not be more attentive to each individual soul!

Our room was kept perfectly clean while we were away from it. The food was always good and plentiful of healthy options. The handwashing station was very well maintained. The dining staff ensured perfect satisfaction with all meal choices. The guest services handled themselves in such a way one could not help but to trust that all matters would be taken care of. The spa attendants were knowledgeable and compassionate. The security team kept a safe eye throughout the ship. The entertainment kept the ship exciting with never a dull moment to be had!
