Goodnight Venice

Never waste your money on a Club Continent Suite unless you like going to bed late and getting up early - the action on deck 9 will keep you awake.

Having said that, the perks of our butler, who was amazing, the food (we could only manage 5 specialty nights out of 11, but that was enough because the buffets and BBQs were so good), the size of the room and BATHroom, were all excellent.

The crew are just wonderful - they can NOT do enough for you, always with a smile on their faces, and eager to learn your names (Mr Andrew, Madame Elaine!); they remember your drinks, know your likes and dislikes very quickly, and are so lovely they are old friends by the time you have to leave. In fact we were in two minds about taking up squatters rights.

Cabin Review

Cabin N2

Noise in the morning, noise in the evening. Other than that, wonderful

Port Reviews

Mykonos

Wandered around the town

Athens (Piraeus)

Amazing city, such a great buzz

Hvar

Here we want to come back to, lovely llittle port with lovely feel to it

Venice

I was prepared to dislike Venice, but absolutely loved it, €20 for a 24 hour pass on the ACTV vaporettos, so easy to understand and use - OK mad busy but it's Venice, go figure! Doges palace was a must for me, and a ridiculously expensive drink in ST Marks Square - go on, you know you want to!
