The port was so handy to get to, road signs to the port non existent though, they let us get on the boat early as we were due to get on at 6pm we arrived at 5.30,there was a problem with our suitcase,we were given a room number on our invoice but when we got there the ship had changed our room number so our case went to the room on the invoice,i went to reception and they said they would sort it and in the end my husband had to go to all the floors and find our suitcases the staff did not bother, disembarkation was chaos though as there was people everywhere and only 3 toilets working for the whole ship and we had to vacate our cabin by 7.30am
the ship was nice but a bit shabby i.e carpets worn, cabin wardrobes broken inside, toilets a disgrace as there was not enough toilets for all the people on the ship and several were not working
The cabin was nice we had an inside cabin but inside the cupboards the shelves were all split, the shower was fantastic apart from the curtain sticking to your body it was a constant fight getting it off
the cabin was ok not much room each side of the bed,the first night i turned over and fell out off bed and the room at the side off the bed was so small i was wedged my husband had to help me out, in the wardrobe the shelves were all cracked and we both got splinters from this, the shower was powerful but the curtain was very annoying it kept clinging to your body
