Some friends piqued our interest when they took a river cruise. This trip far exceeded our expectations. From conflict resolution to making you feel special, Viking staff made us feel welcome.
We did a pretrip in Lucerne, Switzerland. The Pearls of Switzerland was an all day experience but well worth the time and money. The Cog Train ride up to the top of the mountain was fantastic.
We boarded our ship in Basel Switzerland and was afforded a walking tour of Basel before we departed.

Clean and comfortable. Heated floors in the bathroom. The balcony was a nice addition but with all that we did, we spent about an hour on the balcony in the seven days we were on board.
