We flew into Miami because the airfare was cheaper then going into Ft. Lauderdale, caught a private shuttle to Port Everglades and getting on the ship took no more then 15 minutes. We each had our own cabins, I had a Jr. Suite on deck 7 aft, my friend had the Jr. Suite next to mine, and the other had an inside cabin right outside our door.   The extended balcony on these aft Jr. Suites are very large, and we spent a great deal of time out there. We stopped in Key West first, and just walked around the city.  Did some shopping and had to be back at the ship pretty early - by 1:00.  Our next stop was to be Cozumel, but unfortunately we could not stop there because of the Swine Flu issue.  I found it very annoying that people on the ship were becoming VERY angry over this, and can't understand WHY they seem to have to blame somebody for missing a port.  Royal Caribbean is looking out for our safety, period.  Get over it.  A day at sea is better then a day at work!!  So we spent the day at sea, and I found tons of things to do - and I wasn't bored for a minute. In fact -went to the Bingo game in the afternoon and I won the FREE CRUISE!  SO I will be off again soon, and probably will go on Enchantment. Our next stop was Belize.  We did the Bannister Island shore excursion.  This is a very tiny island, and just beautiful.  There is plenty to do, and the water is just great. There is a cash bar, snack stand, and small gift shop.  We had first seating in the dining room - deck 4.  Our waiter Errol was simply fantastic.  He kept us amused.  We had a large table (8) and it was filled with all woman, so we really had a ball.  Errol always brought us something extra for dinner just to try - and was constantly brining us 3-4 desserts to try out even if we didn't order them.  The food was very good.  We ate at the buffet a couple times for lunch or breakfast, and I am not a fan of buffet food, but found the one of Enchantment to be very good.  I would definitely recommend it.I won in the Casino - I only play slots and found them to be pretty loose the entire 5 nights.  Came out way ahead of the game.   The other girls went to the shows every night and found them very entertaining.  I highly recommend Dan Davies in the Schooner Piano Bar.  He is fantastic.  Go have a listen!!I never found the ship to be over crowded - even on the 3 sea days we had, we had no trouble finding chairs by the pools during the day.  I would highly recommend the Enchantment of the Seas....great ship!!!
