This was our 14th cruise and Splendor was AWESOME. What a great ship. Those who are complaining must be hard to please. Service was amazing!!! Food was very good, like always. The shows were great and the ship is extremely clean. We loved it. Yes it is pink but well done. Who really cares anyhow. Jamaica was awful but Cozymel and Grand Cayman were a blast! Getting on and off the ship were very easy. We walked right off the ship with almost no stops. This is a big, pleasant change from the old days. Good job Carnival. We will be back. Carnival is now asking that you choose between one and two room cleanings per day. We picked one and it was plenty. They also charge for some food on room delivery. The only issue was that the ship was tight and lacked large common areas. The ship was not full and if it were the lines for food and areas to sit would have been an issue. The adult area (serenity) was amazing and we always found a quiet place to hang out.
