I chose this ship for the itinerary. I had cruised with RCL before , however, I don't think they are the cruise line they used to be. From the very beginning I had trouble with their website. There was no information on this ship. After taking this cruise I decided that must be on purpose!! On recent cruises with other lines I have been able to pre book everything and be familiar with the ship. This was like taking a cruise in the 80's. I got my best information by googling the ship

There was no customer service on this ship, with the exception of the staff in Tides Dining. In my opinion they carried the ship. Guest relations people were not helpful and could be very rude. There was no information on port of calls other than selling you an excursion. Cruise director left a lot to be desired. The worst was a VERY rude young lady on deck four with dining. We had any time dining. I was doing what I was told by my travel agent and what I had read to do. She first tells me I can't be seated. And when I tried to tell her what I had been told. She told me, "to be quite and she would tell me what to do." Sorry, but I have never been spoken to like that on ANY cruise ship before!

Now let's talk entertainment...........there was not any!!! What they did have, the acts were not polished at all. One night I was so scared this girl was going to kill herself, she was so bad. Guess that was my entertainment........... That said , seeing Greece was wonderful! Would highly recommend...... But please take another cruise ship!!
