This was our second cruise on the Breakaway and we enjoyed it almost as much as the first.......the first was 9 nights!!!! We were in a spa balcony room which was very nice, enough room for two and the bathroom worked for us.

Just a couple of points on cruising during the hurricane season. We cruise in the summer due to our employment and understand that plans can change due to weather, This was the third cruise with NCL for us that was affected by a hurricane. As with this cruise, all three times the Captain placed customer safety and smoothest possible ride over monetary gain (fuel). Yes, we lost one day in Bermuda but we gained security of a smooth ride. A compromise that many passengers aboard another unnamed cruise line would be glad to have (see youtube hermine).

Having spa access was wonderful again. I find though that the temperature of the whirlpool and larger pool is set too low, just a few degrees higher would make a huge difference. Loved the heated tile loungers...not to be missed! This is a nice quiet area that is very comfortable and serene.

Cabin B9

The room was nice although we did have noise from above as there were ping pong tables and forward pool deck entrance above us. Room steward was excellent
