We chose this cruise because we had not been to the Keys yet. We have cruise many times in the past but typically to the Caribbean. The course was altered due to weather. I understand that, but they knew prior to departure, and should have offered customers the opportunity to reschedule and still receive what they paid for...which was a trip to the keys and Bahamas. Who wants to pay for a filet and get a burger? On board accounts were screwed up. The food was terrible this time! They stopped having any variety at breakfast and they added an upcharge in the dinning room for certain food items.

Debarkation was a NIGHTMARE. After calling FOUR decks for self assist, the entire ship came flooding to deck three. No one was turned away due to not being called, pushing and shoving caused people to drop their purchased liquor and created spills, and people were claiming their luggage after only four self assist decks had been called. WHY have policies and procedures if you aren't going to bother enforcing them. The most UNSAFE debarkation EVER. The ship was late to depart and late to arrive back. The lifeguards at the waterworks were lazy and didn't care if small children were getting injured.

First time ever that my son didn't want to stay in the kids club. Day one was enough for him..."it is no fun this time"! I paid the staff in the dinning room to help with a surprise proposal, and they accepted the money (as packages are not offered on Carnival like they are on Royal) yet when it came time for action, the maître d was on the phone. RUINED the experience! I felt like I had stepped on board the SLUM SHIP, not the fun ship. The quality is definitely plummeting.

Cabin Review

Cove Balcony

Cabin 7C

The balcony was small and the room was average, but the toilets didn't work half the time. The ship smelled of SEWAGE quite often! The room was cleaned daily but nothing to brag about.
