Cabin: Aqua Class

This was on our bucket list and I had wanted to do this ever since my parents went years ago and raved about Alaska. Alaska did not disappoint.

We did a 2 week trip before the cruise taking in Alberta, Lake Louise area, Rocky Mountaineer train (gold class) and 3 days in Vancouver. We really loved Canada, the scenery and the friendliness of the people. Due to exchange rate we found it expensive.

Stayed in Pan Pacific hotel in Vancouver which was ideal for the cruise terminal. The hotel transferred the luggage for us so was a very easy check in and we were aboard drinking martinis by 11am.

Cabin Review

Aqua Class

Cabin A1

Aft cabin. Good sized balcony. Did not like he noise from the movie screen one deck up. When a movie on we could hear all the noise so not relaxing. Some noise also came up from the bar below. Handy to nip out to get a drink and bring it back to the balcony.

Storage not as good as on the newer ships and bathroom much smaller than the aqua one on Eclipse.
