Our family of 4 enjoyed this megaship very much...our first time sailing with NCL, and a great experience, particularly with the Freestyle dining at the MDR'S with our 6 and 8 yr old children. One night we went to eat at 7, another night 6, so it was nice not to be tied down to a reservation, and at the same time it was great because we never waited for a table, either. I think the wait comes into play for parties of 6 or more.

Our only complaint about this ship is one that we had already anticipated before our August 27th cruise (because we had read it many times in the reviews on here anyways) was that the ship is HUGE...4200 passengers and not enough pool space. Our 6 and 8 yr olds wanted to simply swim when not using the waterslides...and the daytime pool they were allowed in was always jam packed (aside from a port day when we enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness of the pool deck due to a cancelled excursion). The other pool, the main pool, was closed to children until after 5pm...so definitely needed another pool or a larger pool for children and their parents to enjoy...but this was honestly our only complaint if we had to give one.

Service was impeccable...our room steward, the MDR food, servers, everything was perfection :) We will be back!
