We have been on many cruises, this was a cruise with my wife and two of our adult children.

We were in cabin 13200, the kids had 13602. We had a problem with Norwegian when we booked the cabins. Our cabin ended up with the drink and beverage package and the other cabin ended up with some arcade credit. Now my kids are in their late 20's and have no interest in the arcade. I wanted them to have the drink and dining package. Norwegian rep said we had booked their cabin in the two weeks that free offer was suspended. They would do nothing to help out.

While on the shuttle to the ship we noticed several people complaining about Norwegian. They had booked suites long ago and there had been a large price drop. Norwegian refused to rebook them or made any price change to there cruise. I guess they don't have a price match policy. Read more
