Food was terrible. The only thing thats included with your cruise is the buffet and the main dining room. The buffet was really bad, bland. The main dining room food was so bad i can't get over it. Everyone i was with had to order something else multiple times. The staff was pretty unfriendly. Like they could care less about the people on the boat. We did meet some cool ones so not everyone sucked. Royal Caribbean Customer service was pretty rude and unhelpful. The cruise ship people actually lied to us on multiple occasions. The water slides were pretty sweet though. Nightclub up top was ok, but the DJ played the same horrible music every night. Everybody there agreed the music was terrible. I couldnt believe they make you pay for EVERYTHING! The royal promenade has cool places like ben and jerrys ice cream, gotta pay for it. I can honestly say i will never cruise with Royal again. The new Norwegian Escape looks great! Do yourself a favor and cruise with NCL
