We have never cruised to Mexico and wanted to. The staff on the empress of the seas are second to none and for the smallest ship in the fleet the food, shows, itinerary were fantastic, always something to do. The food was Great. the chief came out to inquire as to if anything could be changed, and what we thought of his menu, the wait staff was EXCELLENT very alert to our every need, they actually made us feel as we the were the only ones in the dining room. Customer services were absolutely caring and took care of our every needs promptly. The Finally show was Broadway quality (fantastic and breathtaking ) We were keep busy every minute and if we wanted to just relax we could. The experience was GREAT. Anyone wanting a fantastic time on a five day cruise should look into the Empress of the Seas.
