We sailed Norwegian previously and found the line to have excellent service and excellent staff. Our cabin was great and the food was awesome (the buffett is still a buffett; but even the food there wasn't bad). The specialty restaurants were excellent and the Bamboo and Aqua had terrific food and service. There were a guy and his wife playing nightly in the Atrium that were off the charts good (they performed 60's and 70's music on different nights...the guy sounded just like Niel Diamond!!). Boarding and disembarking went remarkably well and quick. Entertainment in theater was pretty good. The only complaint I have is the public rest rooms. Although they were pretty clean; they seemed to have issues with need of repair. Stalls were frequently out of order and left unable to flush. Again, the service in all parts of the ship was fantastic. We had a very smooth ride.
