We were on this trip as an annual birthday celebration with friends. This ship is older, which we knew but we expected it to be clean - it is in need of a deep cleaning. Our balcony room and balcony were dirty - cigarette butts on balcony, dusty rooms, drapes disgusting etc. Our cabin was the aft wrap (7422)

The main dining room service was slow - (late seating 8:15) took 30 minutes to get lemons for the water, orders were wrong; took over 2 hours for dinner service - we ended up leaving one night and having the remainder of our meals in the Lido.

Bar service was good, alchemy bar is amazing - bartender was awesome. Serenity area was nice but no pool; we stayed by the aft pool/bar. Read more
